Our commitment
Kit Tempo is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking, anywhere in our business or supply chain, and we expect the same of the brands and partners we work with.
Our business and supply chain
We are an online retailer of running, training and walking footwear. The products we sell are made by established footwear brands, and our other suppliers include delivery companies, payment and technology providers. Because we do not manufacture the products ourselves, we rely on the standards of the brands we choose to stock.
What we expect from suppliers and brands
- That they comply with all applicable laws on labour, employment, health and safety;
- That they do not use forced, bonded, involuntary or child labour;
- That workers are treated with dignity and are free to leave employment under reasonable notice;
- That they act promptly and cooperate if we raise concerns.
How we put this into practice
- We choose to work with reputable, recognised brands and suppliers.
- We ask our suppliers to meet the standards above and to tell us about any concerns they become aware of.
- We review our relationship with any supplier where credible concerns are raised, and we will stop working with suppliers that do not meet these standards.
- Our team is encouraged to raise concerns about modern slavery so that they can be looked into.
Raising a concern
If you suspect slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in connection with Kit Tempo or our supply chain, please email support@kittempo.com with “Modern Slavery” in the subject line. We will treat reports seriously and confidentially, and we will look into them.
Review
We review this policy regularly and update it as our business grows. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
